TRUMP LIED. AMERICANS DIED.
Democracy Can Finally Be Restored With President Joe Biden

The twice-impeached, mentally ill malignant narcissist spewed forth a “firehose of falsehoods” at CPAC today

The far-right extremist Republican party, which is no longer in the mainstream, is hosting its Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Orlando this weekend and twice-impeached Trump, its cult leader and “
America’s Biggest Failure,” was its keynote speaker.

It was more of the same baseless babble about election fraud that Trump’s spewed forth since his landslide loss to President Joe Biden, and revenge against Republican lawmakers who voted against him in his impeachment trial.
Trump is nothing but a talentless and vengeful street bully who “rules” by intimidation, and his cult followers in Congress have no backbones to stand up against this asshole.

Trump’s cult followers at the CPAC “shit show” so far have
raged against “cancel culture,” “radical socialism” and “big tech” companies while pushing Trump’s bogus claims of election fraud and denying he has any culpability for the subsequent insurrection at the US Capitol. Bla, bla, bla — Trump’s ancient history shit was still flowing freely. The Republicans are a party of sheep — they are cult followers who are following a loser. Ted Cruz, who can’t even speak in proper English, said, “Let me tell you something: Donald Trump ain’t going anywhere.” You need to re-enroll in English 101, Ted. And the rest of the Republican party needs to realize that it’s a losing formula to put its future in one man, especially one who has proven to be such a loser with no previous government experience, no previous military experience, six bankruptcies in his financial past, and two failed marriages (so far) in his personal past. Trump’s a failure using just about every standard of measurement. Why would anyone bank their futures on such a failure? Only losers who know full well that they are nothing but losers would do that.

Republican Senator Bill Cassidy said Sunday that he believes if the Republican Party focuses on former President Trump to win back seats in 2022 and the presidency in 2024, "we will lose." "If we idolize one person, we will lose, and that's kind of clear from the last election,” Cassidy told CNN's Dana Bash on State of the Union. The Louisiana Republican said he believes the Republican Party should be focusing on issues that can win back voters, not Trump.

Joe Walsh, a Trump critic and former Republican congressman, predicted a rousing reception for Trump on Sunday but said of 2024: “I think he’ll string everybody along. It all depends on his health. Is he in jail? Is he a gazillion dollars in debt?”

Let’s hope Trump is locked in a very small cage by the time the tax courts and legal system are finished with him, and hopefully long before 2024.

Republicans: A Sad, Sorry, Ignorant & Worthless Group

CPAC 2021 shows how conservatives have learned nothing about the coronavirus.

Throughout the day on Friday, Republican speakers characterized the coronavirus — which continues to claim
more than 2,000 lives each day in the US — as something that only liberal wimps worry about.

One of the most memorable scenes from Friday’s festivities came early on, when event officials had to take to the stage and beg people to respect “private property rights” and “the rule of law” by wearing masks while walking around the hotel where the conference is being held. Unhappy attendees responded by booing and yelling “freedom!”

These conservative Republicans are nothing more than a worthless group of very ignorant fools, and CPAC 2021 is a cultish celebration of twice-impeached Trump.

The Republican party is so stupid and out-of-touch with reality that they’re even displaying a golden idol of Trump, America’s #1 Asshole, at CPAC 2021. The deranged malignant narcissist must be gloating from the attention being paid to him. The statue, by the way, was
made in Mexico, contrasting with the "America First" agenda Trump pushed when he was in office.

Republican Party Filled With Two-Faced Liars & Insurrection Supporters

Their actions reveal their true nature.

Mitch McConnell, who gave a scathing rebuke of Trump on the Senate floor after he voted to acquit him, told
Fox News yesterday that if Trump were the GOP presidential nominee in 2024, he would support him.

He would support that a$$hole?

Then you have other worthless Republicans like House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy and House Minority Whip Steve Scalise who have somehow calculated that getting cozier with Trump and his base of stupid cult members is the best way to boost the party’s prospects in the next election.

And then you have the conspiracy theorist and QAnon bitch, Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.), who has kept up her controversial antics,
earning some rebukes from her colleagues this week for posting an anti-transgender sign outside her office amid a heated debate about a LGBTQ rights bill. Greene's decision to antagonize "represents the hate and fame driven politics of self-promotion at all evil costs," said Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL).

“The logical outcome of someone like Trump leads to someone like Marjorie Taylor Greene,” said Ian Russell,
the former national political director of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), a close Trump ally, said, “President Trump is the leader of the Republican Party.” What planet does Jordan live on?
Trump was undoubtedly the biggest scam in the history of American politics.

The Republican Party is out of touch with reality.

Kim Jong Un with the World’s #1 A$$hole

Newsweek has reported that Trump offered North Korean supreme leader Kim Jong Un a spur of the moment ride on Air Force One in 2019 because he “thought it would be really cool.” Trump is so stupid that he had no concern over the potential security consequences.

Journalist Bob Woodward said that Trump felt an immediate attraction to the dictator after the pair exchanged "love letters" prior to their initial summit in 2018. "You meet a woman. In one second, you know whether or not it's all going to happen," Trump said during an interview for Woodward's book Rage, comparing his encounter with Kim to a date. "It doesn't take you 10 minutes, and it doesn't take you six weeks. It's like, whoa. Okay. You know? It takes somewhat less than a second."

Trump is a fool and an idiot who obviously suffers from serious mental deficiencies.

Face It, Americans, Trump Is An A$$hole

It’s not even arguable — Trump is an a$$hole — and when it comes to the supporters of Trump, don’t ever forget: Stupidity is not illegal in America.

Legitimate power, power given to individuals willingly by others, is called “
authority.” Illegitimate power, power taken by force or the threat of force, is called “coercion.”

Trump used coercion to attempt to retain power that the people of this country did not give him. He attempted to use an uprising, a riot, to stop the legitimate work of the legislative branch of government on Jan. 6th, and that insurrection caused numerous deaths. Yet Trump walked away without consequences for his illegal actions.

It is the responsibility of the people of America to never ever give Trump any further legitimate power. There are nearly 332,000,000 people in America. Surely there are many truly qualified people with the potential for elected office rather than focusing on Trump, the has-been, unqualified retread.

Trump was undoubtedly the biggest scam in the history of American politics.

Investigators Pour Over Trump’s Tax Returns

CNN is reporting that after 17 months and two trips to the US Supreme Court, the Manhattan district attorney's criminal investigation into Trump's business has received a significant boost with investigators now able to pour over Trump's tax returns and financial records.

In addition to the tax returns going back to 2011, district attorney Cyrus Vance has subpoenaed four other categories of documents, including financial statements, engagement agreements, documents relating to the preparation and review of tax returns, and work papers and communications related to the tax returns.

This ruling by the Supreme Court removes a significant hurdle to the criminal investigation, which has been underway for more than two years. The district attorney's office is investigating whether Trump and the Trump Organization engaged in tax fraud, insurance fraud and other schemes. Investigators have also subpoenaed the Trump Organization for records relating to fees paid to consultants, including Ivanka Trump.

500,000 Covid-19 Deaths Due To Trump’s Mismanagement

FACT: Trump did nothing — he took no responsibility for dealing with the pandemic — and now, as a result, over half a million Americans have died needlessly.

JOB #1: It is critically important that we oppose and oust any and every spineless, do-nothing Republican legislator who continues to support Trump and his failed philosophies so that this type of disaster never happens in America again.

Exactly one year ago Trump bragged that "we have it very much under control" and "we've had no deaths," revealing his unpreparedness for the disaster that was about to unfold on his watch.

We have it very much under control? Oh, really?
Trump did nothing. Trump said, “I don’t take responsibility at all.” Trump failed America and as a result the death toll has now surpassed that of any American war except the Civil War. Trump should be tried and convicted as a mass murderer.

For those who want to dismiss Trump’s negligence and absolve him of his irresponsibility, educate yourself with this must-read article titled “
What’s it’s like to die from Covid-19,” and then come back and try to make your case for supporting this incompetent a$$hole.

“People decades from now are going to be talking about this as a terribly historic milestone in the history of this country,” said Dr. Anthony Fauci, head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and President Joe Biden’s chief medical adviser.

The wearing of masks to protect everyone from the spread of the coronavirus may be necessary well into 2022.

Lindsey Graham, Trump’s Two-Faced Turncoat, Reverses Course Again

Sen. Lindsey Graham vowed he had seen enough after Trump’s Jan. 6th insurrection that resulted in five deaths. He said “Count me out” in an impassioned speech on the Senate floor, adding that he was sad to see his journey with Trump end this way. Today Graham, the wishy-washy turncoat powermonger, is all in again for Trump. He’s a pansy who is singing a completely different tune. Graham is set to visit the gilded Mar-a-Lago Club today to spend two days golfing and dining with Trump. He has spoken to Trump nearly daily since Jan. 6th, but has not spoken to President Biden since his Jan. 20th inauguration.

Graham is now trying to position himself as a leader of the pro-Trump wing of a broken party that is increasingly divided about how to reckon with Trump. He thinks that embracing Trump is simply practical politics. To critics,
Graham is showing that he’s willing to tolerate Trump’s attacks on democracy in exchange for proximity to power. He’s not a representative of the people — he’s nothing but a snake oil salesman, just like Trump, and the people can see right through him.

So, when you hear that the
Republicans can’t be trusted, Graham is a prime reason why — no consistent platform, no agenda, no backbone, no guts, and definitely no representing the people who elected them to office.

IN OTHER NEWS
A$$hole and twice-impeached Trump is set to speak at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) in Orlando next Sunday. The topic of Trump’s remarks is scheduled to be “the future of the Republican Party and the conservative movement.” Any bets that instead it’ll be all about Trump, where he’ll attempt to turn it into a campaign rally and continue his whining about his baseless claims of election fraud? It’s so predictable from a mentally deranged, incurable malignant narcissist like Trump. Stay tuned.

Let The Games Begin!

The Manhattan district attorney’s office subpoenaed a property tax agency as part of the
criminal investigation to determine if twice-impeached Trump manipulated the value of his assets for loan and tax benefits.

Anybody want to place any bets, based on Trump’s track record of serial lying and cheating?

District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. has been conducting an ongoing investigation into Trump's company over whether it has been inflating his property values to reduce taxes. Last year, The New York Times reported that Trump had valued properties at significantly different amounts at different times.

A separate investigation is also being conducted by a New York state official, Attorney General Letitia James. James is also examining Trump's company, as well as his personal finances, as part of an ongoing
civil investigation into whether the former president manipulated the value of his assets for loan and tax purposes.

These investigations are just a fraction of the legal woes facing Trump now that he has left office, reported Dave Levinthal of Business Insider. Now that Trump’s out of office, it’s payback time!

Trump Cult Follower & Republican Senator Ted Cruz Went To Cancún While Texans Froze

How was the beach, Ted?

Fellow Texans are suffering without heat, water and power because of an
historic winter storm, while Ted Cruz, the state’s Republican Senator and Trump cult follower, jetted off to Cancún, Mexico for a vacation. Millions of people across Texas have been struggling without power and heat and have suffered water system disruptions for several days in record low temperatures.

"I understand why people are upset," Cruz said.

Oh yeah, right, Ted. We know the real truth. Like Trump, your demonic cult leader, you’re only upset because you got caught — period.
You learned callousness and irresponsibility from Trump.

Friggin’ idiot Donald J. Trump, Jr., the eldest son of twice-impeached ex-president Trump, said, ”Now, if I were a Trump, which I am, I'd come up with a nickname for something like this, like Cancun Cruz. It's funny," he said.

It’s funny? Hardly.
The only thing the Trumps can do is call people names to cover up their sheer incompetence and stupidity. Go away, Donnie, Jr. You’re a f--king loser like your father. It obviously runs in the family.

Rep. Mark Pocan, D-Wis., said, "It must be easy not to believe in climate change if you can just leave millions of Texans suffering without power or water to sit on a beach in Cancún."

Robert Mann, who was communications director to Louisiana Gov. Kathleen Blanco during Hurricane Katrina, said he couldn't think of anyone as prominent as Cruz who had left his own state after a disaster struck. "This is usually the time that elected officials want to show their constituents how much they are committed to helping them," said Mann. "It defies all common and political sense to leave the state for anywhere at a time like this, much less take a vacation to a toasty, warm spot like Cancún. It's among the dumbest, most callous things I've ever seen a politician do."

It’s time for you to resign, Ted! You’re nothing but another selfish, worthless Republican Trump supporter in Congress!

Ignore Citizen Trump

Face it, Trump supporters, your cult leader lost! Just like countless ex-presidents before him in history, the people have spoken and it’s time for Trump to move into the annals of history. Trump’s time is over. He wasn’t elected for a second term, and he certainly isn’t president for life. However, Trump suffers from an incurable mental disorder — malignant narcissism. As recently as yesterday, in reference to the death of Rush Limbaugh, one of his supporters, Newsweek reported that Trump selfishly said, "And he [Limbaugh] thought we won the election. We did win the election, as far as I'm concerned.” Even in his eulogy for Limbaugh, notice how Trump continued to make it all about himself! There’s no “I” in eulogy! Trump still lives in the delusional, altered reality that exists only within his own head.

It’s time that as Americans we move on from Trump and stand behind our newly elected president, Joe Biden, to make a better America. Forget about Trump. He’s merely a part of the unfortunate history of this country, like Benedict Arnold, Aaron Burr and other traitors.

If you don’t want to support President Biden, then very simply — get out. Leave. Move to a country where you think you’ll have it better; but don’t stand in the way of making a better America.

Trump calls on GOP to replace McConnell — Nobody should care what Trump says or thinks

Citizen Trump, the newly deplatformed insurrectionist and the only president in history to be impeached twice, and who singlehandedly tried to ruin democracy in America, somehow thinks he’s still in office. Yesterday he made a slashing and lengthy attack on Senator Mitch McConnell, the Republican minority leader, calling him a “dour, sullen, and unsmiling political hack” and argued that the party would suffer losses in the future if he remained in charge. Trump was obviously describing himself in his 600-word statement that was trained solely on McConnell and which sought to paint himself as the best leader of the GOP going forward. Wrong! No one should gives a rat’s ass what Trump either says or thinks.

We’re citizens with the same authority as ousted Trump, and we say McConnell told the absolute truth when he blasted Trump from the Senate floor after the vote this weekend, saying, “There is no question, none, that President Trump is practically and morally responsible for provoking the events of the day.”

Three worthless Republican legislators have broken with McConnell to stand with citizen Trump, and
these three must be ousted from office during their next reelection attempt: South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham, Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson, and Florida Representative Matt Gaetz.

Trump, the biggest hack that ever inhabited the Oval Office, no longer has anything of value or importance to say on this or any other matter that affects the politics of the United States.
Trump’s nothing but a very sad and pathetic LOSER of a man. He and his cult followers are worthless.

worthless [wurth’-lis]

1. without worth; of no use, importance or value; good-for-nothing.

Senator Lisa Murkowski is an American Hero

Forty-three Republican Senators without a backbone voted out of fear instead of with their consciences to acquit Trump. They put themselves above their country.
All 43 Republican Senators were at the Capital and were eyewitnesses to Trump’s insurrection. A dangerous precedent was set that even an autocratic leader who violates his oath of office can escape punishment if he bullies enough senators into standing by him. Most senators who were asked afterwards said that if the vote were taken by secret ballot, Trump would have been easily convicted. But fear obviously rules in the Senate. We ask our legislators to stand up for democracy and to protect our Constitution from adversaries, both foreign and domestic, and we ended up with our own brand of domestic adversaries — spineless senators from within! Even with Trump out of the White House, Republican lawmakers have been reluctant to cross Trump for fear of invoking his wrath and infuriating the ignorant voters who still support this loser.

Republican Senator Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, however, was one of the seven Republicans with a moral compass and upstanding character who voted to convict Trump. She said, “If months of lies, organizing a rally of supporters in an effort to thwart the work of Congress, encouraging a crowd to march on the Capitol, and then taking no meaningful action to stop the violence once it began is not worthy of impeachment, conviction and disqualification, I cannot imagine what is.”

Trump is well known for ignoring the votes of the people. Real citizens will ignore the Senatorial votes to acquit Trump.
Trump is guilty and everyone knows it. The citizens of America should squelch Trump’s bully pulpit as though he no longer exists because in reality he only has power if we give it to him — and that’s something that we will never ever do again. Trump will go down in history as a despicable and disgraced figure who escaped conviction on a technicality after a trial that undeniably proved that he endangered his own vice president, lawmakers in both parties, and scores of police officers as he sought to overturn the election results with baseless claims of election fraud.

Trump is America’s BIGGEST LOSER.

February 14

43 Cowards!

Forty-three spineless Republican Senators voted against convicting Trump. Those 43 gutless cowards failed to convict an insurrectionist and traitor against our government. Those 43 shameful ass-kissers are Trump’s co-conspirators. Those 43 demonic cult followers have their noses so far up Trump’s fat ass that they stink. Those 43 worthless weasels don’t deserve to serve as representatives of the people of America. “The country lacks a functioning political party that can stand up against a man who attempted to subvert an election through violence. It's a sad coda for a grim era,” said Rick Wilson, author of Everything Trump Touches Dies: A Republican Strategist Gets Real About the Worst President Ever.

CNN’s Fact Check proved that Michael van der Veen, one of Trump’s last minute, unqualified, “ambulance chasing” lawyers, closed the impeachment defense with a barrage of false and misleading claims, proving once again that Trump will lie and cheat and twist the truth for his personal gain.

Seven Republican Senators, however, should be commended and thanked for voting to convict twice-impeached Trump. They were Richard Burr of North Carolina, Bill Cassidy of Louisiana, Susan Collins of Maine, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Mitt Romney of Utah, Ben Sasse of Nebraska and Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania. These are the only Republican Senators with character and a moral compass. Several state Republican parties moved quickly to discipline or criticize these seven senators for breaking with the 43 other Senate Republicans who voted to acquit Trump. Our response to these state Republican parties: “Fuck you and the horse you rode in on.”

The Republican party is now a weak and broken party of worthless, untrustworthy, Trump-following cultists that has strayed about as far as possible from the principles on which it was formed. The Republicans have now passed up their best opportunity to rid themselves of this grotesque and repulsive narcissist.

Trump apparently is taking his acquittal as a vindication of his actions before, during and after the Jan. 6 attack, and is out for revenge. After his acquittal, a defiant and demonic Trump called his second impeachment by the House “another phase of the greatest witch hunt in the history of our Country” and hinted at a return to national politics.

The Republican party is deeply fractured as a result of Trump’s baseless accusations of election fraud and his inciting the rioting at the Capital on Jan 6. The emotional impeachment trial has already permanently wounded his reputation, causing his ignorant support base to wane.

Trump is not fit to shovel shit. He wants the power and glory of the position of president, but he has proven that he neither has the qualifications for the position nor does he want to actually do the work required of the job.

“After 1/6, Americans know what their Constitution’s framers knew: In any democracy, domestic fanaticisms always are, potentially, rank weeds that flourish when fertilized by persons who are as unscrupulous as they are prominent.” (George Will, Pulitzer Prize winning columnist)

“The lack of a conviction for Trump sends a chilling message: Future presidents will face no accountability for inciting violence during and after an election. This outcome has now set a new and dangerous precedent, and aspiring Republican presidential candidates will likely attempt to follow in Trump’s footsteps.” (Keisha N. Blain, associate professor of history at the University of Pittsburgh)

“The impeachment trial will further polarize an already divided electorate. In the long term, impeachment will almost inevitably produce a backlash that will continue long after the process is completed. The process will strengthen Trump’s standing with his already loyal base, and will further alienate these voters from the political mainstream.” (Douglas E. Schoen, Democratic pollster and strategist)

“The case that Trump did in fact incite and inflame the mob he had assembled, and that he bears principal responsibility for the desecration of American democracy that occurred on January 6, carries much greater moral and emotional resonance than any of his defenders’ excuses. Over time, the reputational stain of the second impeachment will deepen Trump’s exclusion from mainstream American politics. He will not be included in any of the symbolic or substantive or redemptive activities in which past ex-presidents (even Richard Nixon) participated. Growing numbers of Americans will view his entire presidency as a historical aberration.” (Geoffrey Kabaservice, director of political studies at the Niskanen Center in Washington, DC)

The Satanic QAnon Bitch Lashes Out At A Fellow GOP Lawmaker

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, the satanic QAnon bitch from Georgia, trashed fellow GOP lawmaker, Rep. Jaime Herrera Beutler (R-Wash.), for agreeing to testify about Trump’s inaction after House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy pleaded with him to do something to protect Vice President Mike Pence. She claimed the #MAGA army is watching anyone who crosses Trump.

The MAGA army can go to hell.

So, apparently it’s OK for Greene to have a voice to spew far-right conspiracy theories, including ridiculous notions like Jewish-controlled space lasers being responsible for recent wildfires, but it’s not OK for Rep. Jaime Herrera Beutler to have a voice to testify the truth. Marjorie Taylor Greene is living proof that stupidity and ignorance are alive and well in America.

It’s Decision Time For The Spineless Republicans!

Will the Republicans stand up to vote in favor of democracy as they pledged in their oath of office or continue to follow Trump — a twice impeached, has-been, low-life, autocratic loser — and vote in favor of insurrection, violence, despotism and tyranny by failing to convict him? That is the all-important question of their careers, and America is watching.

Democrats would need a minimum of 17 Republicans to vote with them to convict Trump of incitement of insurrection. If Trump were convicted, the Senate could take a second vote to ban him from running for office again, and that would be the very best thing for the future of democracy in America.

The following brave Republican Senators are expected to follow their oath of office by standing up for democracy in America and voting to convict Trump:

  • Lisa Murkowski of Alaska
  • Ben Sasse of Nebraska
  • Mitt Romney of Utah
  • Susan Collins of Maine
  • Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania
  • Rob Portman of Ohio
  • Richard Burr of North Carolina
  • Richard Shelby of Alabama
The vote, which is expected later today, is supposed to be made by “impartial jurors,” based on the strength of the arguments made during this week’s trial. We watched every minute of the trial’s first four days, and it was an overwhelming landslide in favor of Trump’s conviction. Trump’s legal team, made up of Bruce Castor, David Schoen and Michael van der Veen, resembled nothing more than a group of unprepared “ambulance chasers.” So we shall see how “impartial” the senators really are! Just watch Trump’s riotous supporters at the Jan. 6 riot. Trump spent four years forming his support base primarily from “bottom feeders” at the lowest end of the socioeconomic ladder, and sadly these are the low-lives with whom Trump’s Republican senators are aligning themselves and gambling their future careers.

Trump’s “Ambulance Chasing” Legal Defense Team Was Unprepared and Pathetic

Trump’s incredibly weak legal defense team made up of “ambulance chasers” was as incompetent as Trump himself was to hold the office of president.

Senior aides on the impeachment manager team told reporters Friday that they expected to see a "distraction campaign" from Trump's lawyers, and that’s exactly what it was — a distraction without substance.

Already this week, 44 of the 50 Republicans in the Senate have voted to declare the entire proceedings unconstitutional because Trump is no longer president, making it unlikely that any evidence at all would persuade them — even the overwhelming damning evidence based on the truth, as presented by the Democratic House managers. Remember, these 44 Republicans are Trump cult followers who feel that their future reelection chances are beholden to aligning themselves with a has-been malignant narcissist and insurrectionist who is no longer in office.
We’re certain that if the vote was done by secret ballot, Trump would be both found guilty and barred from holding any future office.

OTHER BREAKING NEWS:
Former U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley broke with Trump in an interview today saying, “He let us down.” “We need to acknowledge he let us down,” Haley, who served in the Trump administration for almost two years, told Politico. “He went down a path he shouldn’t have. And we shouldn’t have followed him. And we shouldn’t have listened to him. And we can’t let that ever happen again.”

Haley added that she doesn’t believe Trump will be in the conversation for the Republican ticket for president in 2024, and he will “never run for federal office again. I don’t think he’s going to be in the picture,” Haley said, suggesting that his role in the Jan. 6 Capitol Hill siege permanently damaged his political career. “I don’t think he can. He’s fallen so far.”

House Democrats closed their impeachment case against Twice-Impeached Trump

Democrats linked Trump’s history of incendiary rhetoric and months-long campaign to undermine the November election to the statements of low-life and low-IQ insurrectionists, like the Proud Boys (aka ‘Little Weenie Boys,’ ’Coward Boys’) and QAnon conspiracists, who stormed the Capitol on Jan. 6 — and raised the prospect of future violence without a conviction.

One example of the stupidity of Trump’s supporters is the following quote caught on video inside the Capitol: “We were invited here,” said one rioter. “We were invited by the president of the United States.” Another video showed Jenna Ryan, a Texas real estate agent who
faces federal charges as a result of the riot, saying “I thought I was following my president,” she said. “He asked us to fly there. He asked us to be there. So I was doing what he asked us to do.” Those are just two examples of the stupidity of Trump’s low-IQ followers.

The House impeachment managers said that convicting Trump, the dangerous tyrant, and
barring him from ever returning to the presidency is the only way to prevent a reprise of the shocking violence.

“Is there any political leader in this room who believes that if he is ever allowed by the Senate to get back into the Oval Office, Donald Trump would stop inciting violence to get his way?” Sen. Raskin, the impeachment trial manager, asked. “Would you bet the lives of more police officers on that? Would you bet the safety of your family on that? Would you bet the future of your democracy on that? If he gets back into office and it happens again, we have no one to blame but ourselves.”

“Donald Trump could certainly come and give his explanation of the day. But, otherwise, it feels like to me we’re done,” said Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.). Trump, the liar and cult leader of the insurrectionists, obviously rejected a request to testify, as he would perjure himself the minute he opened his mouth.

Carl Bernstein, CNN political analyst and renowned Watergate reporter, called Trump "the most evil force in the White House that we have ever seen."

Trump, like the complicit band of cowardice insurgents in his cult who are now squealing like the pigs that they are after getting caught and charged by the FBI, is a demonic curse on America that must be cut out like cancer and silenced forever through a conviction as a result of this impeachment trial.

The resulting vote will be interesting to witness.
Republican senators who, after listening to the damaging testimony presented in this trial, still vote in Trump’s favor must also be ousted in the next election.

‘Dumb,’ ‘Dumber’ and ‘Dumbest’ meet with Trump’s defense attorneys

A trio of Trump’s cult-following senators, who are supposed to be impartial jurors, met with his legal defense team yesterday after the trial ended for the day. Sens. Mike Lee of Utah, turncoat Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, and Ted Cruz, the fool from Texas, were spotted going into a room in the US Capitol that Trump's lawyers were using to prepare for their arguments. When asked if it's appropriate to meet with senators during the trial, Trump defense attorney David Schoen said, "Oh yeah, I think that's the practice of impeachment."

That’s the practice of impeachment? Since when? Since Trump feels he’s above the law and once again assumes his side doesn’t have to follow protocol or any rules?

Cruz said the meeting with the Trump defense team was
an opportunity for "sharing our thoughts" about their legal strategy.

Since when do supposedly “impartial jurors” get to “share their thoughts” with the attorneys during the trial?

Trump is a cult-leading traitor on par with Benedict Arnold

Day 2 of Trump’s trial revealed a devastating indictment that he is a traitor to America and an insurgent solely responsible for inciting the Capitol riot. Trump’s actions and tweets proved that he planned ahead for many months preceding his treasonous actions.

Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton suggested Wednesday that an acquittal in Trump's impeachment trial would only come as a result of the jury including his co-conspirators. "If Senate Republicans fail to convict Donald Trump, it won't be because the facts were with him or his lawyers mounted a competent defense. It will be because the jury includes his co-conspirators," Clinton tweeted. Absolutely correct!

The spineless Republican legislators who align themselves with Trump and fail to vote to convict him are nothing less than insurrectionist co-conspirators who deserve to be ousted from Congress as traitors to America as well.

Trump should be locked in a small cage for the rest of his life.

OTHER BREAKING NEWS:
40 Percent of U.S. Covid Deaths Could Have Been Averted If It Weren’t For Trump

A new report published today in The Lancet, one of the world's oldest and best-known medical journals, highlights the hundreds of thousands of unnecessary deaths in the U.S. under Trump, noting that some 40 percent of COVID-19 pandemic deaths in 2020 would have been averted if America's mortality rate was equivalent to the other G7 nations. The first comprehensive assessment of the health effects of Trump's presidency revealed the devastating impacts on every aspect of health in the U.S. under the incompetence of Trump.

The report also condemns Trump's withdrawal from the World Health Organization (WHO) and defunding of the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) — bodies critical for pandemic response globally — and Trump’s undermining of global health efforts prior to the pandemic.

Trump Fumes Over His Legal Team’s Incompetence

The trial will go on! The Senate voted 56-44 that the trial against Trump is constitutional.

Trump's “stop the steal” rally rhetoric and the storming of the Capitol played out for the world — and his spineless Republican cult followers — to plainly see in the trial’s opening statements.

The House prosecutors argued that there is no “January exception” for a president to avoid impeachment on his way out the door.

Republicans made it clear that they were unhappy with Trump’s defense. Louisiana Sen. Bill Cassidy, who voted with Democrats to move forward with the trial, said that Trump’s team did a “terrible job.” Republican Sen. Lisa Murkowki of Alaska said it was a “missed opportunity” for the defense.

Trump is said to be fuming, and threatening another shakeup to his legal team.
Fact: Trump, the ultimate loser, surrounds himself with losers.

The trial is expected to continue into the weekend.

Trump is a Pig In A Poke!

In other words,
if you buy something, you take responsibility to make sure it is what you intended to buy. Trump is not what anyone intended to “buy” as a president.

What we expected: an experienced leader who would take his presidential oath seriously and defend both the Constitution and the people of America.

What we got instead: a mentally deranged, inexperienced autocrat who was a traitor to America, who defiled the Constitution, and who threw the citizens of America under the bus at every opportunity for his personal gain.

Trump's historic second impeachment trial, where he is charged with "incitement of insurrection” for provoking his ignorant cult supporters to break into the Capitol building while Congress counted the Electoral College votes, will bring the nation's attention to Capitol Hill once more beginning today.

Although the end result of the trial will most likely be an acquittal, the trial is more about holding Trump and the Republican lawmakers who pushed his false claims of election fraud accountable in the public eye than it is about the task of flipping the 17 spineless, cult-following, cowardice Republicans who continue to support Trump’s indefensible claims of election fraud.

The Republican Party Is Radicalized Against Democracy

The Atlantic is reporting that the Republican Party is radicalizing against democracy. Instead of organizing its coalition around shared policy goals, the GOP has chosen to emphasize hatred and fear of its political opponents. Trump represented an existential threat to the republic. And his ignorant, brown-nosing, cult-following surrogates continue to do the same. We’ve all been traumatized by the Trump administration and the lawlessness and cruelty it encouraged or enacted as policy. Trump’s “regime” was America at its worst, and its consequences will not fade fast enough, if they ever fully fade at all.

On a host of issues, however, the Democratic Party is winning. For the first time in American history, one party — the Democrats — has won the popular vote in seven of eight presidential elections. Public opinion is trending toward the left. Democrats have established a narrow but surprisingly durable electoral majority, holding control of the House, winning back the Senate, and taking the presidency by 7 million votes. And so the Biden era of American politics is shaping up as a contest between the growing ideological hegemony of liberalism, and the intensifying opposition of a Republican minority that has proved willing to engage in violence in order to hold on to power. This fight is about whether the United States will live up to the promise of democracy.

However,
no substantive victories can endure unless democracy is refortified against the right-wing Republicans who continue to subscribe to the colossal failures of the Trump administration. That task comes first.

The Incompetent Asshole’s Second Impeachment Trial Begins Tomorrow

Trump’s second Senate impeachment trial is scheduled to kick off Tuesday.

Because of spineless Republicans who have their noses up Trump’s ass and won’t act for the good of America and its democracy, the ultimate outcome of the trial does not appear to be in doubt, even though Trump was charged with "incitement of insurrection" one week after the January 6 riots.

Nonetheless,
the trial is about holding Trump and the Republican lawmakers who pushed his false claims of election fraud accountable in the public eye more than it is the all-but-impossible task of flipping 17 spineless Republican votes. And in that, the Democrats will surely succeed. Nancy Pelosi said, “We'll see if it's going to be a Senate of courage or cowardice."

Sen. Patrick Leahy, a Vermont Democrat and the longest-serving senator of the majority party, is presiding over the trial in lieu of Chief Justice John Roberts because Trump thankfully is no longer in office.

The impeachment managers accurately wrote,
“There is no 'January Exception' to impeachment or any other provision of the Constitution. A president must answer comprehensively for his conduct in office from his first day in office through his last."

Amen!

Don’t Buy MyPillow Products!

MyPillow CEO and Trump cultist Mike Lindell released a two-hour election fraud video claiming
that "the end of time" will be among us if his film, the name of which we won’t advertise here, fails to convince Americans that Trump lost the election to President Joe Biden in November due to voter fraud.

Even conservative media network One American News (OAN) aired an unheard of 90-second disclaimer about the video saying, "The statements and claims expressed in this program are presented at this time as opinions only and are not intended to be taken or interpreted by the viewer as established facts."

"The video, which clocks in at about two hours, rehashes old conspiracy theories, touching on claims that have been repeatedly debunked by state and local officials, thrown out by the courts and contradicted by federal agencies," said Politifact, a nonprofit fact-checking website.

Twitter permanently banned the MyPillow account last Monday.

America’s Biggest Loser Takes To Gab

Trump, the twice-impeached traitor and demonic cult leader,
used Gab, a platform popular with the far-right, to break his social media silence yesterday with a post in which he called his second impeachment a "public relations stunt."

The only “public relations stunt” was Trump’s term in office.

In other news,
Business Insider reported that Trump shifted money raised from campaign donors into his private business, the heavily indebted Trump Organization.

Forbes reported that the campaign donor money was moved both before and after Trump's election loss:

  • $2.8 million was moved into Trump’s private businesses throughout the duration of his presidency.
  • An additional $81,000 was moved into the Trump Organization after his election loss.
  • $4.3 million in donor money was moved into Trump’s private business during his presidential term.
  • $300,000 was paid towards Trump's hotel chain in the week following his election loss.
  • $40,000 was handed over from the campaign to Trump Tower Commercial LLC.
  • Documents showed that the campaign channeled $380,000 to Trump’s personal business in 43 transactions.
All of this comes as Trump is looking for ways to cash in on his post-presidency to address nearly $400 million of debt. So now we can add “thief” to this cult leader’s long list of negative descriptors.

QAnon Conspiracist Ousted From House Committees

Eleven Republicans joined 219 Democrats in a 230-199 vote to eject QAnon conspiracist and Trump follower Marjorie Taylor Greene from the House committees to which she was appointed, while 199 spineless Republican lawmakers voted “no.” Greene was on the Education and Labor committee, as well as the Budget committee.

Addressing her colleagues in the House prior to their vote, Greene, without apologizing, unsuccessfully tried to dissociate herself from her “words of the past,” but a tiger can’t change the color of its stripes. She is what she is.

Greene didn’t explicitly apologize for supportive online remarks she’s made on subjects such as when she mulled about House Speaker Nancy Pelosi being assassinated or the possibility of Jewish-controlled space rays causing wildfires. And she portrayed herself as the victim of unscrupulous “big media companies.”

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi said she was “profoundly concerned” about Republican leaders’ acceptance of an “extreme conspiracy theorist.”

Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., this week called Greene’s words a “cancer” on the GOP and country. Yesterday, No. 2 Senate GOP leader John Thune of South Dakota amplified that thinking, saying that House Republicans needed to issue a “really strong” rebuke of Greene’s conspiratorial formulations; but
199 spineless Republicans failed America in providing the rebuke of this conspiracy theorist.

Greene’s support for violence is dangerous and merited the punishment she received from the full House.

Finally — A Republican With A Backbone

Sen. Ben Sasse (R-Neb.) is one of the few Republican legislators with a backbone! He said he may vote this month to convict former President Trump on an article of impeachment, and is pushing back against possible retaliation from the Nebraska Republican State Central Committee by warning that his party must choose between "conservatism and madness."

Sasse, who did not support Trump's candidacy in 2016 or 2020, dismissed his critics in the state party as "angry about life" and out of step with regular Nebraskans.

Sasse blamed Trump for inciting the Jan. 6 riot at the U.S. Capitol that left a police officer and four others dead. Sasse called the storming of the Capitol "ugly," and said the "shameful mob violence to disrupt a constitutionally mandated meeting of the Congress to affirm ... peaceful transfer of power" was a result of Trump spreading lies about the results of the 2020 election.

"It happened because the president lied to you. He lied about the election results for 60 days, despite losing 60 straight court challenges, many of them handed down by wonderful Trump-appointed judges," Sasse said. He said Trump also lied by saying then-Vice President Mike Pence could simply violate his constitutional oath by declaring him, instead of now-President Biden, the winner. "That wasn't true," Sasse said. "He then riled a mob that attacked the capitol.”

Sasse said,
"We're going to have to choose between conservatism and madness."

Rep. Anthony Gonzalez — An American Hero

Republican Rep. Anthony Gonzalez from Ohio is an American hero. He and nine other Republicans voted to impeach Trump last month for his role in the U.S. Capitol riot.

Gonzalez is fighting for the future of the Republican party.

He faces a backlash like the other Republicans who voted to impeach — censure from local or state parties, potential or already announced primary challengers and pushback from national Republicans close to Trump, the twice impeached, mentally deficient autocrat.

"I consider it an unconstitutional attempt by a sitting president to overthrow an election and re-install himself as president," Gonzalez said. "That's the sort of thing that happens in Third World countries. That's the sort of thing that we, all Americans, should passionately object to." Gonzalez continued, saying, "If we play footsie with some of these extremist movements, it will be to our detriment. But more importantly, it'll be to the detriment of the country."

We agree wholeheartedly!
Congratulations to Rep. Gonzalez for standing up for democracy. He’s one of the few Republicans with a backbone who refuses to follow Trump, the demonic cult leader!

The Worthless Weasel Fails To Act

It’s no surprise that Kevin McCarthy, the top House Republican, refused to act to punish Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene for spreading false and bigoted conspiracy theories and endorsing political violence against Democrats. McCarthy declined to take away Greene’s posts on influential congressional committees.

Greene has endorsed the executions of top Democrats, suggested that school shootings were staged and said that a space laser controlled by Jewish financiers started California wildfires. She also
suggested that perhaps no airplane hit the Pentagon on 9/11 and that the Clintons crashed JFK Jr.'s airplane. Greene also has a track record of incendiary rhetoric, including past comments using Islamophobic and anti-Semitic language.

Senator Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, the most powerful Republican in Washington, denounced Greene as a threat to his party, and more senators followed his lead. However, McCarthy denounced Greene’s past statements, but then weaseled out, arguing that Greene should face no consequences for them. Just like Trump — no responsibility or consequences for one’s actions! Sadly, no condemnation or consequences for Greene means, in effect, that the Republican party is condoning her beliefs and actions. The Republican party is lurching toward far-right extremism!

“Membership” Types In Trump’s Base Of Supporters

"Membership" in the twice-impeached Trump base may include entry into one or more of the following categories:

  • “All-in” isolationists, ultra-nationalists, white supremacists, racists and insurrectionists
  • Opportunists and political chameleons
  • Narrow-minded with limited information input and vulnerable to cultism (e.g. Marjorie Taylor Greene)
  • Those voting with their pocketbook
  • Hold your nose and vote Republican types
  • “But he and I are Christians!” types
All of the above categories are made up of narrow-minded, short-sighted extremists living in an altered state of reality.

In order to survive long-term, the Republican Party must be reinvented into one that is reasonable, more moderate and hinged to our American democracy. The future of our two-party democracy, and our entire country, will hang in the balance.

McConnell Slams Cultist Marjorie Taylor Greene

Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell issued a tacit rebuke of controversial Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, slamming the Georgia Republican's "loony lies and conspiracy theories" as a "cancer" for the party.

"Loony lies and conspiracy theories are cancer for the Republican Party and our country," McConnell said in a statement. "Somebody who's suggested that perhaps no airplane hit the Pentagon on 9/11, that horrifying school shootings were pre-staged, and that the Clintons crashed JFK Jr.'s airplane is not living in reality. This has nothing to do with the challenges facing American families or the robust debates on substance that can strengthen our party."

Greene is a fringe cultist QAnon supporter and freshman Republican House member with a track record of incendiary rhetoric, including past comments using Islamophobic and anti-Semitic language.

House Democrats are moving expeditiously to remove Greene from her committee assignments. Even some longtime backers of Trump want Greene to go away.

5 Defense Lawyers Walked Away, But Trump Found More Flunkies

Citizen Trump's entire legal team walked away. Something went terribly wrong on the defense team. These lawyers were no hacks — several of them are Justice Department alums, and the former lead attorney, Butch Bowers, was a government ethics specialist. They would not abandon a client this close to trial without darn good reason.

The
source of the falling-out between Trump and his former lawyers was his insistence that they raise the "stolen election" defense, which crosses the line. Trump’s "stolen election" lie fueled the Capitol insurrection on January 6 and repeating it now from the well of the Senate only threatens to provoke more unrest. None of those lawyers want any part of that. In addition, it was just revealed that despite raising $170 million for his legal defense, Trump was incensed over the trial’s $3 million budget proposed by Butch Bowers, his lead impeachment attorney. This money dispute added to the legal team's growing frustrations over their disagreements about defense strategy.

Trump then announced on Sunday, Jan. 31st, that David Schoen, a civil rights attorney from Montgomery, Alabama, and Bruce L. Castor, Jr., Pennsylvania’s former Montgomery County commissioner and district attorney, will now head the legal team for his second impeachment trial. It's unclear if Schoen and Castor will go along with Trump’s “stolen election” claims.

February 9th, the scheduled start of Trump’s second impeachment trial in the Senate, is only eight days away.

The 50 Republicans in the Senate are grappling with how to appease Trump’s supporters, who still make up a hefty share of the party’s base, while acknowledging that Trump incited the January 6th attack on the US Capitol. Those 50 Republican senators are every bit as much on trial as Trump — their future political careers hang in the balance. Are they going to represent democracy in America or stand by a mentally deranged, ousted demagogue who lost both chambers of Congress and the White House?

“The Republican party has now become an anti-democratic, illiberal, pro-seditionist party,” said Tara Setmayer, a conservative commentator who left the Republican party in November.

The Republican party is no longer the party of law and order.
