Twice-impeached Trump returned to the campaign trail at a high school in New Hampshire yesterday with a predictable, yet weird and meandering hour-long diatribe suggesting that the Taliban were incapable of fighting at night because they lacked “binoculars,” that wind turbines routinely knock planes out of the sky, and yet another lame attack on the FBI’s investigation into classified documents he kept at Mar-a-Lago. It was a rehashing of Trump's indulging in conspiracy theories.

5 Pigs charged in murder of Tyre Nichols
Five former Memphis police officers who were fired for their actions during the arrest of Tyre Nichols earlier this month were indicted on charges including second-degree murder, aggravated assault, two charges of aggravated kidnapping, two charges of official misconduct and one charge of official oppression.
The pigs charged in this murder are Tadarrius Bean, Demetrius Haley, Justin Smith, Emmitt Martin and Desmond Mills Jr.
Tyre Nichols was hospitalized after the traffic stop and “confrontation” with Memphis police that family attorneys have called a savage beating. The encounter, which was filmed from multiple angles and by multiple cameras, confirms the excessive police violence. Nichols died from his injuries on January 10, three days after the arrest.
Memphis Police Chief Cerelyn Davis condemned the officers’ actions, saying, “This is not just a professional failing. This is a failing of basic humanity toward another individual. This incident was heinous, reckless and inhumane.”
It is obvious that our society has learned nothing since police murdered George Floyd on May 25, 2020.

- Sidney Powell: Advised Trump after the election and is also facing possible disbarment by the State Bar of Texas, with a trial set for April, along with defamation lawsuits from Dominion and Smartmatic.
- Michael Cohen: Trump’s longtime attorney served a three-year sentence in prison and home confinement for tax evasion and campaign finance-related crimes after he orchestrated a series of “hush-money” payments to adult film actress Stormy Daniels and former Playboy model Karen McDougal over allegations they had affairs with Trump.
- Alina Habba: She has represented Trump in many of his post-presidency legal battles and has been sanctioned multiple times in Trump’s failed lawsuit against Hillary Clinton.
- Jeffrey Clark: This former DOJ attorney aided Trump’s post-election efforts from within the agency, and now faces charges from the D.C. Bar.
- Cleta Mitchell: She participated in Trump’s phone call in which he urged Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to “find” enough votes to overturn the state’s election results, and now faces ethics complaints urging state bars and disciplinary boards to investigate.

Why does one need to lie?

Trump's latest lie was claiming victory in the seniors' golf championship at his property in West Palm Beach, FL, over the weekend. Here's how Trump orchestrated the lie. “Insiders told DailyMail.com that competitors arriving for day two of the contest on Sunday morning were surprised (although not exactly shocked) to see Trump's name at the top of the leaderboard with a five-point lead over the overnight leader,” the outlet wrote. Trump "told members that he had played a cracking round on Thursday, and that would count as his first day’s score.” Thursday was a non-counting practice day, and Trump didn't even show up for the real Day 1 on Friday. Yet he declared himself the winner of the tournament!
The Daily Mail also noted that this is not the first time Trump, a notorious golf cheater, has bent the rules at his own club. The outlet said, “Participants merely shrugged and competed for second place.” With no one challenging him, Trump, the dysfunctional liar, cheater, and narcissist, is believing his own lies!

Therefore, McCarthy said he would “never leave” Greene, the far-right, conspiracy theorist Republican congresswoman from Georgia, regardless of the fact that she's clearly unqualified for office. “I will always take care of her,” McCarthy said. Last week, McCarthy assigned Greene to the homeland security and oversight committees, in spite of the fact that she's clearly unqualified.
Greene has voiced support for QAnon, the conspiracy theory which holds that Democratic leaders are pederastic cannibals; spoke at a white supremacist rally; criticised and contravened Covid-19 public health measures; and, among countless other controversies, suggested Jewish-controlled “space solar generators” were responsible for destructive wildfires. Yet sadly, somehow McCarthy and other myopic, non-thinking voters still continue to support Greene.
Recently, Greene said that if she had been in charge of Trump supporters who attacked Congress on 6 January 2021 — an attempt to overturn Joe Biden’s election win now linked to nine deaths and more than 900 charges — “we would have won.” We would have won? Won what? Elected legislators don't "win" when they attempt to overthrow a government they swore an oath to protect. These are LOSERS, folks — LOSERS by any standard of measurement. And this is what we now have with the new Republican party!

No Hope for the Divided Republican Party

The latest proof of this division is the feud within the party for electing the next GOP president during next Friday's secret ballot at a luxury seaside resort in Dana Point, CA, where rebel forces within Trump's MAGA movement threaten to upend RNC Chair Ronna McDaniel's reelection bid.
The attacks have been led by McDaniel's chief rival, Harmeet Dhillon, a Trump attorney who has accused the incumbent of religious bigotry, chronic misspending and privately claiming she can control the former president — allegations McDaniel denies. Also in the race is My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell, an unqualified pro-Trump conspiracy theorist who secured enough support to qualify for the ballot.
In an interview with The Associated Press, Dhillon threatened, “For those members of the party who vote not with what the people in their state want but with what their own self-interest is, the next time they’re up for election, it’s going to be an issue.”
Ronna McDaniel said, “There’s nobody who’s enjoyed this more than Democrats. I know, because I love it when they’re fighting each other.”

Any attorney thinking about taking on Trump as a client should think twice about the repercussions both professionally and financially after Trump and his lead attorney in a federal court case were hit with an almost million-dollar sanction on Friday — a strong rebuke of Trump, his attorneys and the claims he tried to advance.
Trump, however, isn’t one to back down in the face of criticism. “I don’t see Trump changing his strategy,” said former federal prosecutor Jennifer Rodgers, now a lecturer at Columbia Law School. Let's not forget, Trump is a pig, and pigs like rolling around in the muck and getting dirty.
In fact, Trump might double down and file weak lawsuits to see how they do before different judges, Rodgers said, withdrawing cases as needed before they get to the point of dismissal — or sanctions. Trump continues to misuse the court system
19FortyFive has reported that U.S. District Judge Donald M. Middlebrooks in Florida unloaded hard on Trump and his attorneys over a "completely frivolous" 2022 lawsuit against Hillary Clinton, in which Trump alleged that his 2016 opponent had orchestrated “a malicious conspiracy” implying that Trump had colluded with Russia during that campaign.
The judge's 46-page ruling said, “This case should never have been brought. Its inadequacy as a legal claim was evident from the start. No reasonable lawyer would have filed it. Intended for a political purpose, none of the counts of the amended complaint stated a cognizable legal claim. Thirty-one individuals and entities were needlessly harmed in order to dishonestly advance a political narrative. A continuing pattern of misuse of the courts by Mr. Trump and his lawyers undermines the rule of law, portrays judges as partisans, and diverts resources from those who have suffered actual legal harm.”
The judge continued, saying, “Here, we are confronted with a lawsuit that should never have been filed, which was completely frivolous, both factually and legally, and which was brought in bad faith for an improper purpose. Mr. Trump is a prolific and sophisticated litigant who is repeatedly using the courts to seek revenge on political adversaries. He is the mastermind of strategic abuse of the judicial process, and he cannot be seen as a litigant blindly following the advice of a lawyer. He knew full well the impact of his actions.”
Fines of $937,989.39 were assessed against Trump, Habba, and her law firm Habba Madaio & Associates.
As a result of Judge Middlebrooks' ruling, yesterday Trump withdrew his $250 million lawsuit against New York Attorney General Letitia James, whom he sued last November for allegedly trying to "steal, destroy or control all things Trump" by prosecuting the Trump organization's shady business dealings. Judge Middlebrooks was also overseeing Trump v. James — and referenced Trump v. James as example of vexatious litigation in the Clinton case. Way to go, Judge!
Trump has a long history of using the courts as a weapon against business rivals and partners, as well as former employees and reporters.

Marjorie Taylor Greene, the QAnon Bitch, has been rewarded for her incompetence with an appointment to the House Committee on Homeland Security. Greene was selected by the new Republican House leadership to serve on the committee responsible for legislation surrounding U.S. national security and the oversight of the Department of Homeland Security.
Many Democrats suggested her past remarks surrounding the September 11, 2001, terrorist attack and her stance on the January 6, 2021, Capitol riot should disqualify her from serving on the committee. Greene referred to "the so-called plane that crashed into the Pentagon," saying: "It's odd there's never any evidence shown for a plane in the Pentagon."
"Greene, who has pushed QAnon conspiracies, with QAnon being described by the FBI as a domestic terror threat, and who has shown support for political violence, now sits on the Homeland Security Committee. Make of that what you will," tweeted MSNBC host Mehdi Hasan.
Representative Seth Magaziner, a Rhode Island Democrat, tweeted: "Marjorie Taylor Greene promoted violence against members Congress, campaigned with violent far-right militia groups, spread false rumors claiming school shootings were fake, and tried to overturn the 2020 election. She does not belong anywhere near the Homeland Security Committee."

Raw Story has reported that a local news anchor from Florida accused the Trump campaign of sending out a fundraising email that appeared to be from Governor Ron DeSantis. “It’s a slick fundraising email,” tweeted Spectrum News 13 anchor Greg Angel on Monday, noting that it included the Florida governor’s “campaign logo, photo, and all. Check the fine print,” he continued. “It’s a fundraising email actually for Trump PAC and presidential campaign. Always read the fine print.”
The Trump campaign denied that it had sent the email. Yeah, right!

Dysfunctional MAGA Maggots are congratulating themselves prematurely for their win.
Getting the job isn't the acid test — how you function in the job is the real test. Dysfunctional Trump is a proven example. He's unqualified, but got the job. He wanted the power, but didn't want to do the work, and therefore became the worst president in American history.
House Republicans in the 118th Congress are in a similar position. The fringe-right MAGA members are positioned against what's left of mainstream Republicans, and both of those groups are poised in a standoff with the Democrats. Do-nothing legislators like Marjorie Taylor Greene, the QAnon Bitch who was kicked off all House committees but who still somehow collected a paycheck, is back, as is Lauren Boebert, the gun-toting saloon owner from Colorado who hung onto her seat by one of the closest vote margins in history. Then you've got George Santos from New York, who lied about nearly everything on his resumé. This is just a sampling of the incompetence now walking the halls and casting votes in the House chamber.
But the real acid test is coming, and the possibility that no legislation will be passed until January of 2025 is real. A shutdown of the government and defaulting on our debt is not an option, but it's a real possibility with these losers in control. A temporary default caused by a failure to raise America's debt limit would slash America's credit rating and dramatically increase the cost of government borrowing. History teaches us what would happen. Back in 2011, when the S&P 500 cut the federal government’s credit rating, it commented, “The political brinksmanship of recent months highlights what we see as America’s governance and policymaking becoming less stable, less effective, and less predictable than what we previously believed. The statutory debt ceiling and the threat of default have become political bargaining chips in the debate over fiscal policy.” That instability is worse today than it was in 2011.

According to excerpts of his videotaped testimony unsealed by a court this past Friday, citizen Trump hurled insults and threatened to sue E. Jean Carroll, the Elle magazine columnist who accused him of raping her in a department store in the 1990s. Trump called her a "nut job," "a complete scam," and "sick, mentally sick." Trump added, “I will sue her after this is over, and that’s the thing I really look forward to doing. And I’ll sue you too,” he told Roberta Kaplan, a lawyer for Carroll, calling her a disgrace.
The only thing this worthless idiot knows how to do when he's caught in a lie is to sue. Trump is a bully who can't fight his own battles. According to MSNBC legal analyst Lisa Rubin, Trump's demeanor when forced to answer questions could lead to more civil suits because potential opposing counsels can now see how "undisciplined " he is when cornered.
Judge Lewis A. Kaplan, the Manhattan judge, upheld the lawsuits alleging rape and defamation and seeking unspecified damages by Carroll, saying they could proceed to trial because Trump’s challenges were without merit. “The fact that Mr. Trump denies Ms. Carroll’s allegations does not enter into the analysis at this stage of the case,” the judge wrote.

The latest such liar within the Republican party is George Santos from New York. The New York Times reported that Santos lied about his background and resumé while running for office.
"This isn't an embellished candidacy. It's a fraudulent candidacy. He hoaxed his voters. So, of course he should step down," said former House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.). Ryan is the latest Republican calling for Santos's resignation, adding his name to a list which includes U.S. Rep. Nick Langworthy, who chairs the New York State Republican Committee, Ohio Rep. Max Miller, South Carolina Rep. Nancy Mace, and a group of Republican leaders from Nassau County which Santos partly represents, including Marcus Molinaro, Nick LaLota, Michael Lawler, Brandon WIlliams and Anthony D'Esposito. New York State Conservative Party Chairman Gerard Kasser stated that the Santos's lies "morally disqualifies" him from serving in office.
But Kevin McCarthy, the new Republican Speaker of the House, remains unswayed as he still plans to allow Santos to serve on House committees because the removal of Santos might further erode the GOP's razor-thin majority in the House as Democrats could flip the competitive New York district. So Kevin McCarthy's true colors are on full display. He would rather have an incompetent liar in the House than oust the cheater for lying to get the job. Sad, but true. Former Republican Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill.) blasted House Speaker Kevin McCarthy in a new interview this week, calling the California lawmaker a "piece of sh*t" who will "say whatever he needs to say to stay in power."

Multiple news reports said that there was no record of him attending the elite high school he said he attended or Baruch College and New York University, where he claimed to have gotten degrees. Citigroup and Goldman Sachs, the Wall Street banks he claimed to have worked for, had no record of his employment. Even his charity, “Friends of Pets,” was registered nowhere.

New York Times reporter Michael Schmidt told MSNBC's "Morning Joe" about what John Kelly, the retired U.S. Marine Corps general and Trump's Chief of Staff, learned about Trump and his abilities. Kelly said that "Trump was far dumber and immoral and ignorant and lazy than he ever thought he was."
Schmidt added, "Within a few days, he [Kelly] becomes terrified because here he is, the top staffer to the president of the United States, and he's realizing that the president of the United States is far more limited and potentially dangerous than he ever thought."
Our question: Why did it take White House staffers so long to realize something the rest of us knew since Day One?

'Coward Boy' attorney shouts at judge
Dan Hull, who is an attorney representing accused seditious conspirator and Proud Boy [aka 'Coward Boy'] Joe Biggs, got in a shouting match with U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly.
According to Politico, the drama began when Biggs' other attorney, Norm Pattis, cited "irreconcilable differences" with Hull as a reason that he wanted to withdraw from the case. According to Politico reporter Kyle Cheney, this resulted in Judge Kelly getting into a "shouting match" with Hull over Pattis' statement in which Kelly "had to repeatedly shout him down."
The Proud Boys trial on seditious conspiracy charges comes mere months after the government successfully prosecuted members of the Oath Keepers, another far-right, fringe, traitorous group.

Worthless Republican Senator Darren Bailey said he won't comply with the new Illinois gun ban
WTVO has reported that State Sen. Darren Bailey had a stern message for his colleagues on Monday night as the General Assembly passed a sensible measure that would ban a host of guns lawmakers have described as “assault weapons.”
“I, and millions of other gun owners in this state will not comply,” the Republican from downstate Xenia said Monday on the Senate floor.
Other sheriffs in Illinois are defying the new law and agreeing with Bailey.
Well, Darren, and the other law enforcement officers who agree with him, it's now the law! And you've sworn an oath as servants of the people to uphold the law. You can't pick and choose which laws you're willing to uphold and which you're not.
Governor Pritzker said, "Sheriffs have a constitutional duty to uphold the laws of the state and not pick and choose which laws they support and when."
If you're not willing to uphold the new gun ban law, then the citizens of America have a message for law enforcement officials: forfeit your job and your pension today. You're worthless.

Republicans: the Revenge Party
Republicans have pledged that its first order of business in the new Congress is to defund a wide range of federal agencies, including the IRS, the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security. This isn't a platform; it's revenge.
"What they're doing is weaponizing spending cuts to go after their enemies," said political strategist Chai Komanduri. "All of the people or all of the agencies that are right now on the GOP hit list, if you will, are things that have run afoul of Donald Trump... This is all about an enemies list, and weaponizing spending cuts can go after the enemies of the GOP."
"It would be nice if they had some kind of plan," Komanduri added. "There is no plan. It is simply revenge. This is a revenge agenda."
And where did the Republicans learn how to act with revenge and vindictiveness? Answer: from none other than Trump, their dysfunctional cult leader.

Trump, the alleged rapist, must appear in court today
Business Insider has reported that Trump is headed to court today to argue that president's can't be sued for defamation.
A defamation lawsuit against Trump will be heard by the District of Columbia Court of Appeals today, stemming from a rape allegation. What's at stake is whether presidents can be sued for comments they make in office.
The case concerns longtime Elle advice columnist E. Jean Carroll's rape allegation against Trump, and his subsequent denials.
US District Judge Lewis Kaplan sided with Carroll's lawyers, ruling in October 2020 that Trump wasn't acting in his official capacity when he denied Carroll's rape allegation.
One way or another, Carroll's allegations against Trump are likely to go in front of a jury — if Trump doesn't settle the case first.
It's high time this alleged rapist be fully prosecuted for his crimes!

Last week, after Kevin McCarthy lost the third of 15 votes, Trump jumped on his failing social media platform, saying, "It’s now time for all of our GREAT Republican House Members to VOTE FOR KEVIN, CLOSE THE DEAL, TAKE THE VICTORY.”
Trump spoke. It didn’t move the needle one iota. More rounds of voting continued and some of the staunchest Trump allies such as Reps. Matt Gaetz of Florida and Lauren Boebert of Colorado just dug their heels in more — voting against McCarthy for multiple rounds. The fight for Speaker of the House has shown Trump's waning influence over other elected officials that always seemed to be in his camp. Delusional Trump, on the other hand, attempted to take credit for McCarthy's win, tweeting, "I did the country a big favor." Go crawl back in your hole, Donnie!
Trump is a LOSER, and those who support this LOSER are LOSERS as well.

The inmates are now running the asylum
With the election of Kevin McCarthy as Speaker of the House, the inmates are now running the asylum. The people least capable of handling their responsibilities and running an organization, namely Trump's far-right MAGA extremists, are now in charge in the House of Representatives. The result of their incompetence is now and will continue to be total chaos. The Republicans think the American people are stupid and are trying to spin this House chaos as a good thing. It's not.
The infighting within the Republican party was in full view in this "made for television" drama that played out in the House chamber on the second anniversary of Trump's Jan. 6th insurrection of our nation's Capitol. Sadly, the struggle that played out as riveting television during the 15 separate votes for Speaker is likely to be repeated in the coming two years to the detriment not just of the Republican Party, but also the entire nation.
The House of Representatives is now split into three disparate factions: Democrats, spineless Republicans, and far-right Trump-supporting Republican MAGA extremists. Even after the attack on the Capitol, a majority of House Republicans sought to challenge the results in the electoral college. Trump’s continuing lies about a stolen election infected the party’s rank and file. A majority of people who identify themselves as Republicans still say they do not believe President Biden was legitimately elected in 2020. So, think again if you expect them to "kiss and make up" and to move forward to do the work of the people who elected them.
The Republican Party is a divided party without an agenda, without a platform, and now, without a competent leader as Speaker of the House.
Democracy, as we knew it and as was intended by our founding fathers, is eroding.

A Trump MAGA Maggot elected as Speaker after an embarrassing 15 rounds of voting
Republicans proved their worthlessness to the American voters tonight. It was nothing but a clown show. Newly-elected House Speaker, right-wing MAGA follower Kevin McCarthy, thanked Citizen Trump for helping him get the votes. But McCarthy’s stumbles in the first 14 rounds of voting put a spotlight on Trump, who has long cast himself as the ultimate dealmaker, but whose support of McCarthy didn't translate on Capitol Hill. Said one Republican strategist and former Trump campaign official, Trump “doesn’t have the same sway or power that he likes to think he has.”
The 15th ballot vote that ultimately elected McCarthy began on the second anniversary of the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol by Trump-supporting insurrectionists. In the 15th round of voting, McCarthy garnered 216 votes only after six Republicans who previously opposed him voted "present," which lowered the threshold for McCarthy to claim a victory. In other words, the bar had to be lowered in order for McCarthy to win.
During the fiasco, one Republican House member physically lunged at another. McCarthy dismissed concerns that tonight’s childish drama on the floor, with one Republican physically lunging at another Republican, is a taste of what is to come in the House over the next two years. We don't believe it.
McCarthy was forced to give in to a series of demands from his own party's detractors to win the support necessary to win the Speaker’s gavel, including empowering a single lawmaker to launch the process of ousting the Speaker, who fear a hardline group of conservatives will use it repeatedly to browbeat McCarthy into keeping crucial must-pass bills off the floor, the result of which would be a heightened risk of shuttering the government, defaulting on federal debts and grinding the business of the House to a screeching halt. Another critically important concession McCarthy had to make was that any move to raise the nation’s debt ceiling — which allows the government to borrow money to pay its obligations — must be accompanied by cuts in the nation’s entitlement programs, including Social Security and Medicare.
None of this is good for the American people.

House full of clowns
Taxpayers' money has been wasted by members of the House attempting fruitlessly to elect a Speaker of the House. Eleven vote attempts, a post-Civil War first, and still Kevin McCarthy, a Trump MAGA Maggot, could not get the 218 votes needed to be elected Speaker.
McCarthy was betting that centrist Republicans would stick with him if it meant finally ending a leadership crisis now on its third day, but none of the 21 far-right, Trump-supporting holdouts crossed over to McCarthy’s corner.
McCarthy now seems to be only one or two more defections away from a final defeat. He is hanging on for now, but the deadline for him to strike a deal or exit the race is fast approaching.
The Constitution says almost nothing about the selection process for the Speaker of the House. All it says in Article One is ‘The House shall choose their speaker.’ That’s it.
In total there have been 14 instances of the House requiring multiple ballots to elect a speaker going as far back as the third Congress in 1793. Congress last failed to select a Speaker at the first time of asking in 1923, when nine rounds were eventually needed to elect Frederick H. Gillett of Massachusetts. In 1855, it took the House a record 133 rounds of voting to elect a speaker.
Asshole Donald Trump said that the days of inconclusive voting had made the process "BIGGER & MORE IMPORTANT." Yeah, right, Donnie. Go crawl back in your hole and grow a brain!
This is a disaster for the Republicans, proving their incompetence. President Biden said the spectacle in the lower chamber was “embarrassing.” Who will win at this point is anybody's guess.

Believe in yourself, and not in the so-called experts

Certified financial planners (CFP), who recommended a 60% stock, 40% bond investment portfolio mix to their clients like to use a phrase like "2022 was a challenging year for the stock market." A challenging year? A 15.8% drop in a 60/40 portfolio isn't a "challenging year," it's an historical drop — the worst yearly performance in over 40 years! But a 60/40 portfolio mix is what these so-called "experts" recommended to their clients.
Clients like you and I trust the expertise of these so-called "experts" to provide financial advice that will increase the value of our retirement portfolios; but we have now seen that that trust is unearned. You and I lost it all, while these "experts" lost nothing. Now many of these "experts" are saying they believe we have seen the peak inflation rate and that the Fed is close to ending its aggressive rate increases, the fastest rate hikes since the 1970s. Are you going to put your trust back into the advice of those who very obviously don't have the expertise you both expected and paid for?
Similarly, we citizens put our trust in our elected legislators to act on our behalf and to advance the cause of democracy in America; but we have now seen that that trust is unearned.
Lesson learned: Believe in yourself, and not the so-called "experts" who have proven that they know less than you do.

Republicans prove their ineptitude
The Republican Party — the disorganized political party in complete disarray without a platform or an agenda — proved its ineptitude yesterday with its inability to elect a Speaker of the House after three separate votes. This was the first time in a hundred years that the House has had to have multiple votes for Speaker of the House.
There is no path forward for the Republican Party — it's clearly the party of LOSERS.
Three roll-call votes for Speaker of the House not only failed to secure the speakership for Kevin McCarthy or any other Republican, but each time generated the most votes for the Democratic leader, Rep. Hakeem Jeffries — an unprecedented outcome that hints at the governing difficulties Republicans will have in the House from here going forward.
Republicans had two months to ponder why they didn't win a bigger majority in the midterm elections, and their only real task as the new Congress began was to choose one of their own to become speaker. Kevin McCarthy, the Republican front-runner for Speaker, was unable to secure the job mainly because of holdouts among MAGA-loyal Republicans who have been railing against current GOP leadership in ways that echo Trump's critiques of the establishment. The Republican chaos had Democrats gleeful as they sat out the infighting.
Remarkably, Republican Representative Pete Aguilar (R-Calif.) nominated Democrat Hakeem Jeffries by exulting that "he does not grovel to or make excuses for a twice-impeached so-called former president" — a reference to McCarthy's fealties to Trump. Even Sean Hannity declared that "House Republicans now are on the verge of becoming a total Clown Show." Senator Chris Murphy (D-Conn.) tweeted that “this is going to be every day in the House Republican majority…they are going to be an embarrassing public train wreck while they refuse to govern.”
Lesson learned: Follow Trump, the LOSER, and you too become a LOSER.

Hope Hicks: "We all look like domestic terrorists now"
As Trump's insurrectionists stormed the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, Hope Hicks, one of Trump's White House aides, said, “In one day he [Trump] ended every future opportunity that doesn’t include speaking engagements at the local proud boys chapter. And all of us that didn’t have jobs lined up will be perpetually unemployed. We all look like domestic terrorists now.”
Hicks texted that former White House Director of Strategic Communications Alyssa Farah Griffin, who resigned about a month before the attack, looked like a “genius.”
Those were the words from one of Trump's closest advisors. She was correct — Trump and his insurrectionists are domestic terrorists. They all need to be charged, tried, convicted, and then prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Outgoing Republican Rep. Adam Kinzinger (IL) said it's imperative Trump face criminal charges. “If a president can incite an insurrection and not be held accountable, then really there’s no limit to what a president can do or can’t do,” Kinzinger told CNN’s Dana Bash, adding if Trump was not charged by the Department of Justice, “then I frankly fear for the future of this country.”
Republican Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson said the January 6 riot "disqualifies" Trump from running again, adding that he would work to ensure “there is [an] alternative and that Donald Trump is not the nominee of the party.”
Using any standard of measurement, Trump is unfit for office.

This was the message from this mentally deficient malignant narcissist and traitor to America: HAPPY NEW YEAR to all of the Radical Left Democrats, Marxist Lunatics, China loving Coco Chow and her Obedient Husband, Mitch, and Clueless RINOS, who are working so hard to DESTROY our once great Country.
By contrast, while worthless Trump was spewing forth more New Year's hate to radicals, Marxists and "Clueless RINOS," President Biden went on record with a message of kindness and compassion to everyone.
