“The public has a right to a prompt and efficient resolution of this matter”
Those were the words of US District Judge Tanya Chutkan in setting the trial date of March 4, 2024 for Trump's federal criminal trial on charges of conspiring to overturn the 2020 election. Trump's proposed trial date of April, 2026 was preposterous.
Americans deserve to know before they vote in the general election if a jury of his peers finds him innocent or guilty of having tried to end the lawful transition of power after the 2020 election. A post-election start date, as Trump wanted, would drain a jury verdict of its crucial value as citizens cast their ballots on who shall lead the country, and the March 4, 2024 date leaves room, if needs arise, for moving the start date back a couple of months and still finishing before the GOP’s July nominating convention.
What American democracy cannot afford, and what Judge Chutkan would not allow, is for Trump to run out the clock to try to win the election in the absence of a conviction.
Additionally, Trump, the traitor with the unrestrained mouth, is on a collision course with with the rigid rules and procedures of the U.S. criminal-justice system. He has attacked judges, prosecutors and witnesses in the trials — and even criticized entire cities whose residents make up the jury pool of citizens who will likely be asked to decide his fate. He has verbally attacked prosecutors, calling them "deranged" and "thugs." He's even publicly referred to the judge as “a biased, Trump Hating Judge.” He's even referred to the city of Atlanta as being full of “thousands of murderers, violent criminals & gang members roaming the streets.” Trump has the low IQ of a moron.

Trump is NOT getting what he wants, and that's good for America! Trump once again wanted to utilize one of his worn-out DELAY tactics to put off his 2020 election conspiracy trial for two and a half years, until April of 2026, but Judge Tanya Chutkan is well aware of Trump's schemes and set the trial date for March 4, 2024, the eve of Super Tuesday.
Trump predictably ranted and raved on his failing social media platform (which we won't print here because we won't give him the free press he wants).
Trump is concerned about conflicts with 2024 election campaigning. He should have thought about that before he decided to become America's #1 Traitor to the Constitution of the United States. Ty Cobb, Trump's former White House counsel, said in an interview that he believes the new date the judge set for the trial will stand.
A significant portion of Trump's legal fees is being covered by his shortsighted and ignorant supporters in an effort to safeguard him from legal troubles. In November 2022, at the start of his campaign, 99 cents of every online dollar raised went to Trump's campaign, with just one penny going to his Save America PAC. However, according to archival records cited by The New York Times, Trump adjusted the allocation around February so that 90% of donations are going to his campaign for legal fees and only 10% to the Save America PAC. Yet Trump's MAGA Maggots are so stupid that they continue to blindly pay for this snake oil salesman's attorneys.

It's part of Trump's multiyear effort to undermine public confidence in the American electoral process as he seeks a return path to the White House in 2024.
The FACTS:
- President Joe Biden won the Electoral College with 306 votes to Trump's 232, and Biden won the popular vote by more than 7 million ballots.
- All of the vote recounts in every state validated President Joe Biden's victory.
- In Georgia, where Trump was recently indicted for his efforts to overturn the 2020 election result, state officials led by both a Republican governor and secretary of state recertified Biden’s win after conducting three statewide recounts.
- The Associated Press review produced no evidence to support Trump’s bogus claims that states tabulated more votes than there are registered voters.
- Trump was repeatedly advised by members of his own administration that there was no evidence of widespread fraud.
- Nine days after the 2020 election, the federal Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency issued a statement saying, “The November 3rd election was the most secure in American history." The statement was co-written by the groups representing the top elections officials in every state. Less than three weeks later, then-Attorney General William Barr declared that a Justice Department investigation had not uncovered evidence of the widespread voter fraud that Trump had claimed was at the center of a massive conspiracy to steal the election.
- The Trump campaign and its backers pursued numerous legal challenges to the election in court and alleged a variety of voter fraud and misconduct. The cases were heard and roundly rejected by dozens of courts at both state and federal levels, including by judges whom Trump appointed.
- Most of Trump's legal fees have been paid by draining funds from his political action committee (PAC), Save America, and shifting funds from Trump-supporting Super PACs — namely having his ignorant MAGA supporters foot the bill. Co-Conspirator Sidney Powell wants a speedy Trump trial
Sidney Powell, Trump’s ex-lawyer and one of his 18 co-defendants charged with seven felony counts in the Georgia election interference case against him, asked the judge overseeing the case to set a speedy trial—putting her at odds with Trump as his legal team opposes an expedited case schedule.
The right to a speedy trial is memorialized in the Sixth Amendment of the US Constitution, which reads: “In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense.”
Powell was released on a $100,000 bond after she surrendered in the conspiracy case.
Trump predictably filed a motion to do what he typically does, namely delay the legal process in order to buy him more time to avoid eventual prosecution before the 2024 presidential election.

The Republican National Committee held its first presidential debate in Milwaukee last night without Trump. Ho hum! None of the eight candidates who participated emerged as a frontrunner, and the debate proved that the world is a better place without Trump. Amazingly, however, all seven of the men in the debate were noticeably and pathetically dressed as members of the "red tie club."
Vice President Kamala Harris said, "The American people heard how much they have to lose with an extremist agenda."
Convicted sexual abuser and twice-impeached Trump is set to surrender to authorities in Georgia today on charges that he schemed to overturn the 2020 election in that state. We can't wait to see this traitorous felon's mug shot. Remember, Trump was not indicted by the Democrats. He was indicted in four separate jurisdictions by grand juries of his peers in response to the overwhelming evidence presented to them. Amazingly, six of the eight participants in last night's RNC debate pledged to support Trump even if he is convicted of a crime. This just proves how ignorant, demented, and skewed the mentality of the Republican party happens to be.
“If there’s a chance to get it (Trump’s cases) resolved before the election, it should be, because the American people deserve to know. These are potential crimes that involve moral turpitude,” former attorney general Bill Barr stated. He also said that he sees the second indictment in particular as a “very simple case” and if the presiding judge was “anywhere competent,” the case could be concluded – and a verdict handed down – before the summer of next year. “I don’t think that (the election) should govern the schedule for pursuing these cases,” said Barr, adding, “You don’t get immunity for two years in a run up to an election just by saying, ‘Hey, I’m a candidate.’”
In other news, Politico has reported that Yuscil Taveras, who was Mar-a-Lago’s director of information technology, is willing to testify that Trump ordered the deletion of incriminating videos. Taveras has now detailed the alleged effort to tamper with evidence related to the investigation of the handling of classified information stored at Trump’s Florida home.

We saw it last year when a man who was enraged by the Mar-a-Lago search warrant tried to shoot his way into an Ohio FBI office and was then killed in a standoff with police outside Cincinnati.
We saw it earlier this month when another armed man was shot and killed by the FBI — this time, in Utah — when they served a search warrant on him in response to his threats to kill President Joe Biden and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, who brought the first indictment against Trump.
Last week, a Massachusetts man pleaded guilty in federal court to sending bomb threats after the 2020 election to Katie Hobbs, who was the Democratic secretary of state in Arizona at the time and is now the state’s governor.
Also last week, a woman in Alvin, Texas, was arrested for allegedly phoning in a death threat to the chambers of the judge who is overseeing the federal election interference case against Trump.
Pro-Trump online message boards have circulated names and purported addresses, phone numbers and photos of the grand jurors who handed down the Trump indictment in Georgia, and the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office announced it was investigating threats made against these grand jurors.
All of the above are actions of brainwashed Trump followers! This is what you get when ignorant people who don't have the mental capacity to think on their own blindly follow a mentally disturbed malignant narcissist.

Trump now faces nearly 100 criminal charges across four separate indictments and is the first president in United States history to face any such charges. Trump is a LOSER.

Constitutional scholars agree that Trump’s efforts to overturn the 2020 election and his role in the attack on the Capitol disqualify him from running for president.
A specific part of the 14th Amendment forbids individuals involved in rebellion from holding public office, and this rule doesn’t need Congress to enforce it; public officials are obligated to follow it automatically.

Trump and 18 Co-Conspirators Finally Indicted in Georgia!
A Fulton County grand jury has finally indicted Trump and 18 other co-conspirators on charges related to efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election in Georgia.
This marks the fourth indictment of Trump who already faces federal charges in the special counsel's Jan. 6 and classified documents probes, as well as the Manhattan DA's hush money case. Prior to Trump, no former or current president had ever been indicted in the history of the United States.
The 98-page indictment charges 41 counts, 13 of which Trump faces, and alleges that Trump made 13 false statements in his effort to overturn the election results.
In addition to Trump, those charged include his one-time personal attorney Rudy Giuliani, attorney John Eastman, former Trump chief of staff Mark Meadows, attorney Kenneth Chesebro, former DOJ official Jeffrey Clark, attorney Jenna Ellis and attorney Sidney Powell. The remaining MAGA Maggot defendants are Ray Smith III, Robert Cheeley, Michael Roman, David Shafer, Shawn Still, Stephen Lee, Harrison Floyd, Trevian Kutti, Cathleen Latham, Scott Hall and Misty Hampton (aka Emily Misty Hayes). Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis said Trump and his cronies must submit for arrest by noon on August 25th.

Even the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) says the 1st Amendment does not bar Trump's indictment and that his 1st Amendment defense doesn't cut it here.

If Trump had merely spread lies but otherwise took no action to obstruct the election results, he would only have been charged for merely claiming that he won when he knew he lost. The problem was not one of speech, but rather of actions: Trump's attempts to get state election officials to invalidate valid results and declare him the winner; to compel the Justice Department to claim that it had uncovered substantial evidence of fraud when it hadn’t; to support efforts to create fake sets of electors to vote him into office in states that he lost; and to urge Vice President Mike Pence to refuse to certify the lawful election results. The 1st Amendment provides no license to conspire to overturn an election.
Trump is a liar, a cheat, and worst of all, a traitor to the United States, and as a traitor, he should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law by being locked in prison for the rest of his life.

Alternet reported that two leading, highly-credentialed conservative constitutional law professors, University of Chicago Law School Professor William Baude and University of St. Thomas School of Law Professor Michael Stokes Paulsen, say the U.S. Constitution already “disqualifies Trump” from holding office, including being President, because of his “participation in the attempted overthrow of the 2020 presidential election.” They say Congress need do nothing to implement Trump’s “immediate disqualification from office.”
The law professors said, “to the extent of any conflict with prior constitutional rules, Section Three repeals, supersedes, or simply satisfies them. This includes the rules against bills of attainder or ex post facto laws, the Due Process Clause, and even the free speech principles of the First Amendment. Section Three covers a broad range of conduct against the authority of the constitutional order, including many instances of indirect participation or support as ‘aid or comfort.’ It covers a broad range of former offices, including the Presidency. And in particular, it disqualifies former President Donald Trump, and potentially many others, because of their participation in the attempted overthrow of the 2020 presidential election.”
“Trump is ineligible to be on the ballot,” Professor Steven G. Calabresi, a law professor at Northwestern and Yale and a founder of the Federalist Society, told The New York Times, “and each of the 50 state secretaries of state has an obligation to print ballots without his name on them.”

The Republican National Committee (RNC) requires participants in the first GOP debate this month to sign a loyalty pledge which includes a clause stating that they will support the eventual GOP nominee. The loyalty pledge also asks candidates to agree not to participate in any non-RNC sanctioned debate for the remainder of the election cycle. Trump won't sign the pledge. He thinks he's special, and is exploring potential counterprogramming during the first RNC-sanctioned debate.

Alexandra Flores-Quilty, campaign director for Free Speech For People, said, “Trump is responsible for the January 6 insurrection, plain and simple,” and added, “Failing to hold him responsible not only violates the Constitution, but it also sets a dangerous precedent for permitting violent attacks on our democracy. That’s not a risk we can afford to take.”
These movements coincide with the 155th anniversary of the 14th Amendment, cited as the legal reason to block Trump from the ballot.
Attorney Jack Goldsmith, who served as an assistant attorney general during President George W. Bush's administration, believes that Trump's actions after the 2020 election make his prosecution potentially justified, and he thinks that the Senate should have voted to convict Trump when it had the chance in February of 2021. Goldsmith wrote, "Regrettably, in February 2021, the Senate passed up a chance to convict Mr. Trump and bar him from future office, after the House of Representatives rightly impeached him for his election shenanigans."
Real Americans will fully support these campaigns to take Trump's name off the ballot.

Trump is Intellectually Disabled!
Ever wonder how an adult can have the intellectual capacity of a two-year-old? Wonder no more. Just look at Trump!
Yesterday, Trump launched a new attack on Nancy Pelosi, the former House speaker, who said he looked like a "scared puppy" during his arraignment last week. Trump called her a "wicked witch whose husband's journey from hell starts and finishes with her." Gee, it seems that Melania's journey from hell certainly starts and finishes with Trump!
Then when the U.S. women were eliminated from the World Cup later on Sunday, Trump called the loss “fully emblematic of what is happening to our once great Nation under Crooked Joe Biden” and accused the players of being “openly hostile” to the country.
Again on Sunday, Trump went on a diatribe and attacked Judge Tanya Chutkan hours after she shot down a request for an extension on a Monday afternoon deadline. Trump demanded a three-day extension for his lawyers to respond to a motion for a protective order, but his extension was denied. In 2021, Judge Chutkan ruled against Trump’s attempt to thwart the release of documents sought by the House Jan. 6 committee investigating the attack on the Capitol, shooting down Trump's argument that his executive authority “exists in perpetuity.” Chutkan, in a 39-page opinion, wrote, "Presidents are not kings, and Plaintiff is not President.
Trump is a convicted sexual abuser and a mental case with an incredibly low IQ.

Those were the intimidating words of Trump, the nation's biggest loser and convicted sexual abuser, on his failing social media network this past Friday. He continued, saying, "I will totally obliterate the deep state." Oh, we're shaking in our boots, Little Donnie.
Anthony Scaramucci, who briefly worked as Trump’s White House communications director, called Trump a “grifter” who "really wants to hurt people" and who engages in “political sociopathic behavior.”
Former Judge J. Michael Luttig, who was appointed by Bush, wrote that it was “tragic and regrettable” that Trump chose to “inflict” the “embarrassing spectacle on the Nation.” He continued, saying, “Trump is a 'colossal political miscalculation.' No assemblage of politicians except the Republicans would ever conceive of running for the American presidency by running against the Constitution and the rule of law. But that’s exactly what they’re planning.”

Yesterday's indictment marked the third set of open charges against Trump — the other two cases relate to the mishandling of classified documents after leaving office and hush money payments during the 2016 campaign. The primary charge in the current case alleges Trump and allies tried to overturn results from seven states: Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, New Mexico, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
Trump insisted it was a “great honor” to be arraigned in federal court on charges related to his actions after the 2020 election. Real Americans vs. MAGA Maggots, on the other hand, insist it would be a great honor if this traitor was imprisoned for the rest of his life.

Trump returned to Washington, D.C. today, the epicenter of his bid to overthrow the 2020 election to answer historic charges, including conspiracy to defraud the United States. This traitor has so far been indicted in three separate criminal probes.
Hundreds of Trump’s supporters have already faced a courtroom reckoning for their efforts to disrupt the certification of a democratic election. Now, it’s the ringleader’s turn.
Today's hearing is the start of a legal process that represents the most significant push by the judicial system to call Trump to account for his attempt to hold onto power despite losing an election.
Hundreds of Trump's ignorant and brainwashed MAGA Maggots who rioted at the Capitol have already been put on trial. Many have been convicted and some are currently serving significant jail terms. But Trump’s critics have been frustrated that the man who nurtured election conspiracy theories that led to the Capitol riot had so far escaped legal accountability.
